10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps For Time:
DB Thrusters
Knees To Elbows

Post Overhead Squat Loads and Workout Time Comments
For the skill segment, pick 1 or 2 gymnastics/bodyweight skills and practice them for 20-30 minutes.

For the conditioning workout, pick the heaviest DB or KB  load you can for thrusters.  To scale up, do strict knees to elbows.

In Knees to Elbows, your knees and elbows should actually make contact with one another.  In case you’re not clear, this video may help you understand

    Worked pistols and a bit of handstands for the gymnastics portion. Coach Jack - those turned out hand warm ups on the rings were NASTY! Used 25# DB's and did Toe Raises for the METCON = 7:05.
