Handstand Pushups
5 reps on the minute for 10 minute
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Reps For Time:
DB Thrusters (40/25)

Post Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, find the appropriate scale for your Handstand Pushups and perform 5 reps on the minute for 10 minutes.

For the conditioning workout, try completing with deadhang pullups.  And scale up the thrusters by using heavier kettlebells.

    Whew! Shoulders are well and truly smoked after that combination! Feel's great! Got through the first 6 sets of 5 HSPU's working to 2 AbMats. After that it was 5 negatives each round. METCON -- used 25# DB's. Pull ups were strict for the first 3 rounds. Jumping pull up from there on out. 11:03 to finish. Great job, Coach Erin. Really appreciate the guidance on the HSPU's!
