Metcon:
In teams of three, AMRAP in 15 minutes:
3 Power Clean (135/95)
6 Pushups
9 Box Jumps (24/18)
Rest EXACTLY five minutes, and then:
In teams of three, AMRAP in 15 minutes:
5 Pullups
10 Burpees

Post Metcon Rounds to  Comments
For both the A and B portion, team members will cycle through full rounds one at a time, with only one member working at any one time. The goal is to move as quickly as possible, thus minimizing your partners’ rest periods and racking up as many rounds as possible.

    Tough workout but I loved it. 9 rounds + cleans and push ups for first AMRAP at 115 lbs and 6 rounds for second AMRAP.

    2mile time trial: mile 1: 6:06 Mile 2: 6:27 12:33 total Partnered with Paul Potorti for the amraps. I used 155 for p. Cleans, paul used 125 We did box jumps instead of ait squats 27rds + 1 PC WOD 2 26 + 5 pullups + 2 burpees Sucked with only 2 people! Super fun though.
