In teams of four, complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of the following:
Deadlift (225/155)
DB Push Press (45/30)
Row (for calories)
(Teams must complete a minimum of 200 calories on the rower. Those calories need not be completed first, but must be achieved prior to the 20 minute time limit. Each team only gets one barbell, one erg, and one set of dumbbells – which means at least one person will be resting at all times.)

    Nice work by endurance athletes (and Michael Kelley) as well! Native American runs are fun. Team Awesome (Melinda, Amy, Chris, and yours truly) was, well, awesome. Totally f&cking awesome.
