    Crossfit charleston today. Amrap 15 minutes: 7 sdhp (95) 7 pushups 14 lateral box jumps (7 each side) 10 rounds plus 7 sdhp.

    only got up to 135 pounds on my thrusters. my shoulders are angry at me. wod as rx'd 3-something for 3 rounds and 6:56 for 5 rounds. happy birthday greg
