Ready to get started? We would love to have you visit and learn what CrossFit Durham is all about. The best opportunity to TRY US FOR FREE is by attending one of our free Intro to CrossFit Workouts, held every Saturday at 12pm.
The workout is designed for first timers and, like all of our workouts, can be scaled to any fitness level. This is the best first step to exploring our CrossFit and Bootcamp programs. Session will end with a Q&A session for those in attendance. Learn, see, and feel a workout and get a taste of what training with us will be like.
No previous CrossFit experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome. You can register for our upcoming Intro To CrossFit Workout below and your visit is FREE!
