**Gym Update**

    I used to go to NC Fitness World off 54 and Fayetteville before I came to Crossfit. My wife still goes there since we have a membership until the end of the month. Yesterday she overheard one of the personal trainers explaining to new member about a new program they are running twice a week. He started by saying "have you ever heard of Crossfit?" She didn't hear the rest of the conversation but the program isn't called crossfit its called hyperfit or something similar. I found it pretty interesting.

    There's a similar story in most health clubs. There's "ninja Fit" at the quest center in chapel hill, Xtreme Fit in Cary I think. Any info about a Seal Fit schedule?
