200m Farmer’s Walk (52/35) – in each hand
200m Waiter’s Walk (50/35) – sandbag
25 Box Jumps (24/20)
100m Walking Lunge
Run 400m w/Medicine Ball (20/12)
Both partners must complete each task. One works while the other rests.
