Weight Loss Boot Camp

large-1Weight Loss Bootcamp Classes are for those whose primary goal is weight loss.  These sessions consist of workouts similar to our CrossFit Bootcamp and intend to create a supportive, “no judgments” atmosphere for participants.  Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements.  Workouts are held primarily outdoors in the park behind our facility and out and about in Downtown Durham.  large

Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels.  Beginner to advanced, no matter how little or how much weight to lose, participants will experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every session.  We pride ourselves on a no-frills, realistic approach to fitness where you’ll be constantly exposed to a variety of dynamic exercises scaled to your own individual capacity.

Participants DO NOT need to attend our CrossFit Foundations Course before registering for Bootcamp, but we do encourage new participants to attend our monthly Bootcamp Intro Sessions (see schedule below).  See below for Bootcamp membership pricing and then click the button to start your Bootcamp registration.

Click the "Reserve Spot" button on the schedule below for the workouts you would like to attend each day. Download (here) our smartphone app, MindBody Connect, to access the schedule right from your phone.  If space is available, you can book workouts right up until a class begins and as far as 60 days in advance.
