Spring Bootcamp spots are available now!
Weight Loss Bootcamp Classes are for those whose primary goal is weight loss. These sessions consist of workouts similar to our CrossFit Bootcamp and intend to create a supportive, “no judgments” atmosphere for participants. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Workouts are held primarily outdoors in the park behind our facility and out and about in Downtown Durham. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit Workouts.
Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, no matter how little or how much weight to lose, participants will experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every session. We pride ourselves on a no-frills, realistic approach to fitness where you’ll be constantly exposed to a variety of dynamic exercises scaled to your own individual capacity.

Bootcamp Membership entitles you to attend any of our 24 weekly Bootcamp Workouts and can be canceled any time, provided we have 30 days notice in advance of your billing date.
