New Bootcamps start the week of March 3rd!
Weight Loss Bootcamp is a 8-week, 16 or 24 session program for those whose primary goal is weight loss. This Bootcamp consists of workouts similar to our CrossFit Bootcamp and intends to create a supportive, “no judgments” atmosphere. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Workouts are held primarily outdoors in the park behind our facility and out and about in Downtown Durham.
The program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, no matter how little or how much weight to lose, participants will experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every session. We pride ourselves on a no-frills, realistic approach to fitness where you’ll be constantly exposed to a variety of dynamic exercises scaled to your own individual capacity.
Each Bootcamp Session is limited to only 20 participants. The cost of the 3x/week Weight Loss Bootcamp is $259. The 2x/week Weight Loss Bootcamp is $174. Participants DO NOT need to attend a Foundations Course before registering for Bootcamp.
First time Bootcampers are encouraged to attend our “Intro to Bootcamp” Workshop on Saturday, March 1st at 11am!
