Made up the CF Total from last sunday, I'd been meaning to do that one for awhile. This WOD also looked pretty brutal. Squat 275, press 130, DL 385, total 790, all PRs

It's been a good week for PRs.

High Bar Back Squat 1RM: Just hit 315# this morning. Three full plates, and 10 lbs more than my previous 1RM.

Snatch 1RM a couple days ago: 66kg (145.5 lbs). Only a 1kg PR, but I came pretty close to hitting 68 kg a couple times.

Front Squat 3RM: 250 lbs. My 1RM (recent) is 270 lbs.

This is good. I had been feeling kinda stalled-out for a while. Downside: my knees are feeling a little creaky today.

Really tried to focus on form over weight today. At Stew's direction really tried focusing on popping the bar up with my hips and a strong shrug, rather than my natural tendency to curl the bar out in front of me. Worked up to 115#.

METCON was done w/35# plate. Finished under 10 min. Think the time was 9:36 or so. It was not much fun going back up that ladder. Especially when Stew and ATD collaborated and decided the lateral plate hops should be done as 2 count reps. Nothing like a challenge. Good times.
