WOD for Sunday 052310 – Click Here For Today’s Schedule 
“Airforce WOD”
For Time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats 
20 Front Squats

Begin with 4 burpees to start the WOD and do 4 burpees at the top of every minute.  All movements are to be done from the floor.  No rack!

Men’s RX’d weight:  95lbs.  Women’s RX’d:  65lbs.  Consider using a load of 70% 1RM of your Overhead Squat to maximize power output and intensity.   

OPEN GYM today from 10-11am!  Work on your lifts or makeup a missed WOD!

    Well Major I would hate to see the army wod then...I need to thank the 12 o'clock class for cheering me through this wod and apologize for any lip I gave....this was much more mental than anything and it was a rough one for me...there were at least five times when I thought I wouldn't make it through but 88 burpees later and I am still alive
