    5 x 115 for OHS and fell on my butt on my 3rd rep of 135...awesome metcon was 7:21 or something near that i think... OHS and burpees are a "special" combination. nice job 615.

    Saw the WOD and wanted to leave. Hate OHS and hate burpees.... gooood day! But, Mandy kept me going strong! I went light on OHS cause of a pulled hamstring. WOD was 9:08 with 45lbs. Hope you guys enjoyed it more than I did... almost makes me miss pullups!

    ohs squats....max times 5 at 105 on last set (still trying to get the hang of these lifts, shoulder flexibility is killing me) metcon was 5.40....had to drop weight for last 7 reps (75) shoulders were shot Burpees win my least favorite exercise award.....

    It's good to be back in the CF saddle... but what a day to come back! OHS - got up to 75# on reps Metcon: 10:15 Rx weight (65#). I suck at burpees. Shout out to you nice 5PM folks who were so encouraging. And thanks, I think, to Dave for REALLY pushing me. I needed it! ;)

      Nice work 5 and 6pm crews and shout out to Rich and Rachel who completed their first "Fran" tonight in Foundations! Overhead squats are rough. The best way to get better at them is to do them :)
