    attempted to work on form today, but it still got ugly around 145, so i didnt go any higher. why can i push press more than i can push jerk!? bahh! wod was 16 minutes as Rx'd.

    Great job 6:15. You guys rocked it out this morning, even though I know a bunch of us were still feeling YESTERDAY'S HELL! It was fun to have most of the crew back this am :-) Got up to 110 on the push jerk. Maybe could've gone higher, but getting it back down is a problem. Need to work on that... Did the WOD at 85lbs in 16:14. Let's go later classes- time to step it up :-)
