    6:15 class was light today! where were you guys? Actually, you were smart to pass on this "great" WOD. I did a crappy job on Elizabeth -- power-cleaned it at 85lbs. yuk. 12:54 Naomi and Delia, nice work today! Especially on those 'bonus' 100 abmat situps!

    Hey, Sorry 6:15... Canes game went too late for my own good last night! Hopefully I'll make the 5pm WOD... though after checking it out, I might have to rethink that goal! GOOD JOB guys!

    My power cleans are dirty. 50-55-65 WOD was at 50 for 21-15. Last nine, I did 55 for 5 reps and 65 for the last four. I have to say, those bonus 100 abmat situps were tough, but in a good way. Especially considering that I could not even do one back in January. YAY CROSSFIT! My second "bonus" was running two loops at Duke East Campus. YAY CROSSFIT!

    for the other crossfit games geeks: Mitchell is in a heat with Braden Lutz who was 18th at the games last year. He'll have a good early test.

    oooh exciting...can't wait to start hearing results from the midwest. As for this morning: LOVE cleans but have a mental block that needs to go. Once I get up near my max, I freak out and form goes out the window. Hit 85 with good cues from Greg, tried 90 three times and got close fail fail. Next time! did the wod w/80 in 13:40 - failed to jump enough to get under on so many reps it was ridiculous (uncountable reps suck so hard)...being reminded to 'JUMP!!!' was a huge help!

    PS - Lori - your 3 rep max for power cleans was 85 just 2 weeks ago when we did them...and you did 45 of them today! way to go!!

    Becky - I got to 95 today during the skill work, but could only muster a few! i am discouraged! And am with you on your wod comments - i wish you were there to tell me to JUMP! ;-) oh well... next time! See you tomorrow?

    105 for cleans...but they were rough. for the wod i used 75# with squat cleans and finished in 15:34
