    This WOD sucked! Hey, maybe if we pretend we like burpees, they'll stop making us do them? But then we'll prolly get something worse. Got through exactly six rounds @ 65# on the front squat. The regular burpees seem so much more tame in comparison. Front Squat work sets: 65, 75, 85

    stayed at 165# for the front squats the wod was pretty ugly. got through 5 full rounds plus front squats as Rx'd. nothing makes me want to vomit quite like burpees in the morning.

    I'll say it one last time: "THIS WOD SUCKS!" 215# x5 on FS. Courtney would not wait on me any longer so I didn't get in my third set. 7 rounds + 2 FS as Rx.

    2000 Tabata Row.... I think Greg wants to kill me. Especially since that followed this evil thing called a Burpee Pull-up. I agree with Mandy; Mr Burpee,I do not like you.

    I didn't do the heavy lifting beforehand. Didn't have time. But, I did the WOD as RX'd and squeaked my 13th round in at the buzzer. That last round made me want to die.
