Can’t avoid going deep on the Back Squat when Rip is watching you!

    6:15 way to tear it up this morning! You guys inspire me every day! Mandy... ROCKIN' squats. You're a superstar!!!! Got up to 120 on squats (thanks for the encouragement Lori and Mandy). The WOD was a killer on the grip strength. Did 22.5 for the clean-thrusters. Time was a very long 9:48.

    yeah, Allison B, this was tough - i am sore already! Hit 120 on the backsquats [Allison, we could have done more!!], did Rx for the WOD and finished closely behind Tom at 7:42. He killed the KTEs... See you guys tomorrow! PS - dont forget the sendoff at my place tomorrow for Mitchell and Sarah, 7pm. c u there!

      Back Squats 135x5 165x5 195x5 225x5 225x5 225x5 225x5 was a PR by 40lbs and all were below parallel -- but I think I was just being a baby all the other times. Shoes are a big help and so is a big deep breath. WOD in 8:09 with the 22 1/2's

    got up to 265 x 5 today on back squats. thanks to the 615-ers for cheering me on. metcon was 7:23-- did sit ups instead of knees to elbows because i couldnt hold on to the freaking bar.

    got to 165 for squats..the wod was terrible especially after squats i finished in 9:50
