AMRAP in 15 minutes:
12 Box Jumps (24/20)
12 C2B Pullups
Post Back Squat Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, after a thorough warmup load the bar to no more than 60% 1RM and perform 3 sets of a 20 rep Back Squat. Do not let the light load fool you. These will be pretty grueling!
For the conditioning workout, make sure you stand to full knee and hip extension on top of the box. C2B = chest to bar pullups. Scale the pullups as needed.
