15 Air Squats
21 Double Unders
Post Jerk Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 7 sets of single rep Push Jerks (not splits) as heavy as possible.
For the conditioning workout, scale the push press load as necessary, make sure all squats are below parallel and sub DU attempts or parallette jumps if you can’t do Double Unders.
