Step 1

Jump start your fitness routine with our FREE Intro Workout, a small group session with one of our veteran coaches. Learn about our fitness philosophy and get to experience our culture for yourself. Don’t worry – this workout will be scaled to your current fitness level.

Step 2

After you have completed your FREE Intro Workout and decided CFD is right for you, just pick one of our simple, no long-term contract membership options and we will help you get going with our 42 Day Kick Start program!

Not sure what to pick? Our team will help you decide what is best for you based on your needs and current fitness level. There is an option for everyone!

Experienced CrossFitter

Step 1

On the lookout for a new CrossFit family in the Triangle? You probably won’t find a better gym than CFD. We’ve got a top notch facility, coaches who care, tons of classes, and a diverse and friendly group of athletes. If you have previously trained at a CrossFit gym and are looking to join us, sign up below to get started with a free class!
