Olympic Weightlifting is one of the fastest growing sports in America and offers a great opportunity for athletes to train with a barbell to increase speed, power, flexibility, and overall physical conditioning.
Our program is led by Head Coach, Nik Mula, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. In addition to leading sessions, our Coaches oversee individualized programming for each athlete, and are available for additional private coaching sessions as well. We emphasize proper technique and mechanics, and prioritize good movement in our training.
Athletes in our program range from beginning lifters to National-level competitors. They are training to compete in Olympic Weightlifting competitions or just improve their lifting competency to apply to other sports and CrossFit.
There are multiple coached training sessions throughout the week for participants, plus our 24/7 Access program for off times or extra work. When spots are open, new athletes can join with just a 12-week commitment beginning on any given Monday.
Athletes who are not already training with us may be required to complete a series of 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a member of the coaching team to learn the basic movements, terminology, and how to get the most out of the program.
