Olympic Weightlifting is one of the fastest growing sports in America and offers a great opportunity for athletes to train with a barbell to increase speed, power, flexibility, and overall physical conditioning.
Our program is led by Head Coach, Nik Mula, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. In addition to leading sessions, our Coaches oversee individualized programming for each athlete, and are available for additional private coaching sessions as well. We emphasize proper technique and mechanics, and prioritize good movement in our training.
Athletes in our program range from beginning lifters to National-level competitors. They are training to compete in Olympic Weightlifting competitions or just improve their lifting competency to apply to other sports or CrossFit.
There are up to 7 training sessions available each week for participants, plus additional “Open Platform” times for extra work (see schedule below). The number of athletes is capped in each session to maximize personal attention and time on the platform. When spots are open, new athletes can join with just a 12-week commitment beginning on any given week.
