Strength Training for Womxn

Who we are looking for:

  • Be willing to come to our facility at least 3 days per week. Strength training AND conditioning workouts are part of the program!
  • You do not need to be “in shape” to start. All shapes, sizes, and physical condition are welcome!
  • Sorry Guys, this one’s not for you — even our Coaches!
  • Must commit to a minimum of two months. Starting a new program is tough. We want people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.
  • Be committed to making this change. This will not work if we want to see you reach your goals more than you do!
  • Enjoy working in an uplifting group environment. The energy among our strong participants is infectious. When it’s positive energy, there’s nothing better. But negative energy spreads too.
  • Leave your ego at home. Hard work is respected here. It is a humbling experience that we’ve all been through.
  • Respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.

Our Awesome Coaches

We have personally seen how barbell strength training has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. This program was created to introduce this style of training to those who would absolutely benefit from it, but may be too intimidated to come in and try it on their own.

We are trying to find the right participants who will work hard, and, ultimately, be an amazing representation of what is possible through our training.
