For athletes who would like to work on a particular skill or individualize a training and nutrition plan, we offer 30 minute and 1 hour private sessions. This is an opportunity to train the skills used in CrossFit: Basic weightlifting (Squat, deadlift, press, etc.) | Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch + Clean & Jerk) | Basic gymnastics (handstands, pullups, muscle ups) | Running, rowing, jump rope technique | Nutrition planning and accountability.
We offer multiple membership options to fit the diverse needs of our community. A long term contract is available, but not required. Most memberships can be canceled at any time after your first three months, provided we have 30 days notice in advance of your billing date. We give every one of our athletes our 100% effort and commitment and we ask that they do the same for us. We believe our training and Community speak for themselves. We do not require a long term membership contract, but do encourage all new members to commit to at least 6 months of training at a minimum of 3x/week. Once you have seriously dedicated yourself to our program you will not want to leave.
Have you previously trained at another CrossFit Affiliate? We would love to have you train with us now that you’re in Durham.
